Cancellation Policy

Perfectaccommodation allows property Owners / Managers to choose among four standardized cancellation policies (Flexible, Moderate, Strict, Stringent ) that we will enforce to protect both guests and property owners alike. The Stringent cancellation policy applies to special circumstances and is by invitation only. We have two options to accept the cancellation of a booking - 1.) The booking will be cancelled only if the guest send us cancellation email from the id through which the guest booked the apartment. Guests may also cancel or change the travel plan by requesting our reservation desk in advance. We will verify the identity of guest in this case.

Flexible: Full refund 1 day prior to arrival, except fees


  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the guest did not check in.
  • The perfectaccommodation service fee is non-refundable.
  • If there is a complaint from either party, notice must be given to perfectaccommodation within 24 hours of check-in.
  • perfectaccommodation will mediate when necessary, and has the final say in all disputes.

Moderate: Full refund 5 days prior to arrival, except fees


  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the guest did not check in.
  • The perfectaccommodation service fee is non-refundable.
  • If there is a complaint from either party, notice must be given to perfectaccommodation within 24 hours of check-in.
  • perfectaccommodation will mediate when necessary, and has the final say in all disputes.

Strict: 50% refund up until 1 week prior to arrival, except fees


  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the guest did not check in.
  • The perfectaccommodation service fee is non-refundable.
  • If there is a complaint from either party, notice must be given to perfectaccommodation within 24 hours of check-in.
  • perfectaccommodation will mediate when necessary, and has the final say in all disputes.

Stringent: 50% refund up until 30 days prior to arrival, except fees
