A serviced apartment is a fully furnished house with all necessary amenities required for a healthy living, offered to the guests for short term stay. The travelers love to live in a serviced apartment as it make them feel like a local. A large number of travelers prefer a serviced apartment over a hotel room as the apartment provides a much bigger space at an economical cost.
Enter on the start page/ Home page in the search field 'Where are you going' enter destination: For example cities (London, Paris, New York and Delhi) and then click on the button 'Search'. Now you are shown a list of all apartments that can be found at the chosen destination. If you know your travel dates and the number of fellow travelers enter the period in the fields 'Check In' and 'Check Out' and total number of guests in the field 'Guests' and click on the 'search' button you are shown a list of apartments that are available.
On the property detail page you can see the amenities offered by the serviced apartment short listed by you. Generally a standard serviced apartment offer all basic amenities like a Kitchenette, Utensils, Microwave Owen, Wi-Fi internet, LCD TV, toiletries, linen etc. Please call us if you require any extra amenity not available in the apartment selected by you, we will try best to arrange for the same.

Only in the apartments where the property owners/managers allows pet. For apartments which are on 'Book Now' mode, you can check in the amenities section. But for all properties on 'Contact Owner' you can send the request to the owner for pet stay.
It's very simple, just put your travel dates and number of guest, the search results will give you the option of apartments to choose from. In case a property selected by you is on 'Book Now' mode, you can directly book it by entering the payment information. For properties on 'Request Owner' mode, you can send request to the owners and upon confirmation of availability from the owner, you can proceed for the payment. You do not need to sign up separately, once you have selected a property and are in process of booking the same, on the payment page, we will ask for your Email and contact number to register you.
The payment process on the website is safe and secure, you can pay by credit cards, PayPal and even make a wire transfer.

This is an authentication procedure which ensures that you are the genuine cardholder. Visa calls this security procedure "Verified by Visa" and MasterCard refers to it as "MasterCard Secure Code".
Should you have not used 3D Secure before then you are transferred to your bank's website and can very easily set a password and then conclude your booking.
In such a case we would request you to please send us an email with a copy of the bank or credit card statement where one can evidently see the double booking. For any direct booking where you have already made the payment, one cannot change the booking and should contact our reservations team to make any changes. But, for the properties on 'Request Owner' you can alter your query dates by sending another request to the owner.
Once you have booked an apartment and made the payment for the same, you will instantly receive a confirmation e-mail on your registered email account. This email has complete details of your travel dates, property address ,property owner contact information and the payment summary.

We allow property owners / managers to decide the cancellation policies which ranges from Flexible, Moderate, Strict and Stringent .For details please read our cancellation policy .Please see the cancellation policy mentioned on your selected property, the refund will be in accordance with the cancelation policy.
